The 2024 Holiday Hot Cocoa Crawl Business Participation Fee supports Main Street Chillicothe's efforts to coordinate all planning, advertising, ticket processing, event swag, signage, and an event map/program. Businesses are responsible for serving hot cocoa (or a festive drink), keeping it hot, and staying open from 1-6 PM with a designated table or space and 1-2 staff/volunteers to greet guests. Light snacks for 200-300 people are encouraged but not required. Merchants can enhance the experience with special deals, themed décor, games, or giveaways and should cross-promote through Main Street Chillicothe's LOCABLE and social media. Let’s create a fun, festive, and unforgettable event together!

Sponsor fun novelty items that can event goers can pick out at sign in. Business signage at check in table.
