Downtown Spotlight

This week the spotlight is on Diana Havens with the Livingston County Courthouse!

Diana has been a ROCKSTAR volunteer for Main Street Chillicothe. She has helped with many different projects such as downtown clean up and planter box decorating.

What keeps you excited and motivated?

Diana loves to help people, and seeing her community thrive keeps her motivated. Whether it's through her role as Livingston County Treasurer or simply lending a helping hand, she finds joy in making a difference.

What is your favorite music genre or artist?

Diana is a fan of old-time rock 'n' roll! Her favorites include Aerosmith, ACDC, Queen, and Chicago. She even keeps a small radio at her desk, always tuned to her favorite station, KCHI to keep the good vibes going.

Do you have any talents or interests?

Diana has a green thumb when it comes to flowers. She loves planting them in the springtime, creating vibrant outdoor displays. But don't ask her to care for houseplants—she's strictly a flowers-only kind of gardener.

Do you collect anything?

Diana proudly holds the title of “Bestest Grandma Ever,” and her most cherished collection is photos of her grandchildren. They play a huge role in her life, and when she's not helping community members, she loves spending time with them.

Diana Havens: Treasurer by day, rock 'n' roll enthusiast, flower planter, and grandma extraordinaire every day!
