Caroline Warren with the Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce

Last Updated 2/25/2025Posted in Downtown Spotlight

This week the spotlight is on Caroline Warren with the Chillicothe Area Chamber!

The newest friendly face at the Chamber of Commerce! She’s here to keep things running smoothly, make connections, and—let’s be honest—probably answer a lot of emails.

Pet Crew: Caroline shares her home with two very different but equally lovable dogs. Penny, a Shih Tzu, rules the roost indoors, while Freya, a dedicated livestock protector (Anatolian, Great Pyrenees, and Spanish Mastiff mix), takes her job of guarding the land very seriously—no trespassing critter stands a chance.

Work Essential: If you ever want to see Caroline truly panic, take away her dual monitor. Once you’ve experienced the luxury of two screens, there’s no going back—single-screen life is for amateurs.

Most-Used Emoji: The classic, no-frills smiley face. Because nothing says, "I promise I'm not being passive-aggressive in this email" quite like a simple . We love it too!

Favorite Downtown Spot: You’ll often find Caroline at KINGDOM Coffee Roasting Co enjoying the perfect balance of socializing and relaxation—because nothing pairs better with good company than a well-crafted cup of coffee.

What Keeps Her Motivated? Seeing planning and hard work pay off to create something truly worth being proud of. Few things are more satisfying than watching an idea turn into reality!

What Inspires Her? Learning new things. The idea that each day brings an opportunity to grow, improve, and come out more knowledgeable than the last is what keeps her excited for what’s ahead.

Give Caroline a warm welcome to downtown, and if you see her out and about, just know she’s probably dreaming of her next caffeine fix—or how to fit a third monitor on her desk.
