What keeps you excited and motivated?
One thing that keeps Katie excited and motivated is making new teas! She crafts many seasonal teas. If you’re in the store at the right time, you might be able to sample a new recipe that she’s crafting!
What do you do for fun?
Katie and her husband love to be involved in the community. She enjoys helping at school events and local sports teams like the Mudcats. She also loves to sponsor and donate to special needs organizations and clubs, such as Polar Plunge.
What is a favorite or unusual memory at work?
When she’s not making yummy shakes or teas, one of Katie’s favorite pastime activities at work is to jump scare her co-workers. The key is to be really quite and patient. She’s gotten really good at it but says that she has gotten kicked for it.
Any unusual talent or interest?
She is a really good drawer! She loves to draw cartoons. Her method is simply looking at a picture and drawing it. How cool is that?! Of course we had to see some of her sketches and we con confirm that her drawings are AMAZING!
