Cherry Street Just Got Tastier – Shooter’s Has Moved In
CHILLICOTHE, MO – Shooter’s Taproom & Kitchen has officially opened its doors at a new location in downtown Chillicothe. Now located at 425 Cherry Street, the popular taproom and kitchen has relocated from its original Washington Street home to accommodate continued growth and provide an enhanced experience for guests.
The new space, formerly home to Bailey Studios, offers a fresh yet familiar environment for patrons. With expanded seating, an outdoor area, updated amenities, and a location just steps from the heart of downtown, Shooter’s remains a favorite destination for craft beer, specialty cocktails, and elevated pub-style food. One of their newest—and most talked-about—menu items is their french fries. If you haven’t tried them yet, consider this your sign to order a basket.
As part of the transition, the new location blends Shooter’s signature style with heartfelt tributes to man’s best friend. Artwork throughout the space features their beloved namesake, Shooter, who has since passed, alongside portraits of other dogs, creating a warm and personal touch. These elements, combined with subtle nods to the building’s artistic past, preserve its place in Chillicothe’s downtown history.
